Job Position 1: Production Plant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

· Be responsible for the production management of RoJure medical products, including planning formulation, progress control and quality inspection

· Manage the daily operation of the production workshop: equipment maintenance, personnel training, and environmental improvement

· Respond quickly to and solve production problems, promote continuous optimization, and improve production efficiency and product quality

Job Requirements:

· Have good physical fitness and be able to adapt to the intensity of equipment operation

· Down-to-earth working attitude and strong communication and coordination skills

· More than 6 years of production management experience in the medical device industry, familiar with regulations and certifications (such as CFDA, FDA, CE, etc.)

· Be familiar with the requirements of the ISO13485 quality system

· Full-time bachelor's degree or above

Job Position 2: Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

· Be responsible for the daily operation of the company's Tmall, Douyin and Xiaohongshu platforms

· Plan and implement online marketing strategies to enhance exposure and conversion

· Analyze data, optimize product content, and enhance sales and user satisfaction

Job Requirements:

· Have experience in operating high-priced products

· Outstanding market insight and data analysis capabilities, capable of independently conducting promotional activities

· Under 30 years old, with a bachelor's degree. Medical background is preferred

· Possess teamwork and cross-departmental communication skills

Job Position 3: Sales Director

Job Responsibilities:

· Formulate and implement sales strategies and goals, and lead the team to achieve the annual sales targets

· Manage the sales team, conduct performance evaluations, training and motivation

· Establish and maintain key customer relationships such as hospitals and distributors

· Expand into new markets, participate in industry exhibitions, and enhance brand influence

· Compile sales data analysis and monthly reports to provide a basis for the company's decision-making

· Coordinate the cooperation of resources from multiple departments such as internal marketing, products, R&D, and after-sales service

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to those in medicine, marketing or management

· More than 8 years of experience in medical device sales and more than 3 years of experience in sales team management

· Possessing strategic thinking and market acumen, and excelling in data-driven management

· Excellent communication, negotiation and cross-departmental collaboration skills

· Adapt to a high-intensity work rhythm and be able to accept frequent business trips
