🔍 Regular equipment physical examination: arrange semi annual/annual inspections according to product types
📦 Spare parts support: Establish a standard spare parts inventory to ensure delivery of critical components within 72 hours
👨🔧 On site maintenance service: If remote problem handling is not possible, technical engineers can be on-site as needed
🎓 Operator retraining mechanism: Support hospital clients to periodically retrain new employees
🔄 Product Swap and Repurchase Plan (optional service): Help customers to replace or upgrade at low cost

After sales service implements a real name binding mechanism, where the service data, usage, upgrade records, and fault handling of each device are all stored in the cloud for customers to query at any time, improving asset management efficiency.
